Frequently Asked Questions

The service lasts a total of 3 hours. The first hour is to prepare the food since we do cook everything fresh on site, and the following two hours are for serving.

The good news is NOTHING but free space! Ideally- we need a flat surface about 10' x 10'.

We need our own equipment and lighting. 

Final headcount should be provided 3 days before your event.

Any leftover food will be left with you at the end of our service in disposable packaging brought by us. 

We estimate about 4 tacos per person, but most guests don't consume as much which allows for those enthusiastic eaters to get their fill.
